Vinicius Junior was on Friday night crowned the Globe Soccer Award winner as the best men’s footballer of the year.
Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr stole the spotlight, securing both Best Player and Best Forward of the Year.
The Brazilian footballer then received the award at the ceremony held in Dubai.
The awards which brings together the biggest names in football, offering recognition beyond traditional accolades like the Ballon d’Or saw Real Madrid coach Ancelotti emerging best coach of the year.
Cristiano Ronaldo added to his illustrious career by winning the Best Middle East Player award.
Also, Barcelona’s rising star Lamine Yamal clinched the Best Emerging Player title.

The 2024 edition marked the 15th anniversary of the event, highlighting the sport’s evolving landscape and the stars shaping its future.
