Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido will perform at the closing ceremony of the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The closing ceremony is scheduled for December 18.
An excited Chinese businessman, Stephen Hung, who revealed this via Instagram story on Thursday, said, “So happy my bro #davido confirmed he will be performing at the World Cup Qatar closing ceremony. Can’t wait to see him there.”
A Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, had performed at at the World Cup thrilling the crowd to his hit song ‘Buga’ at the World Cup Fans Festival.
The excited crowd were seen dancing and screaming in the video posted on social media.
Another Nigerian, Patoranking, also performed at the FIFA Fan Festival in Al Bidda Park in Doha last week.
Already, the quarter-final stage of the global soccer fiesta has been slated for December 9 and 10.
In the last eight paring, England will tackle France, Portugal will face Morocco, Brazil versus Croatia, just as Argentina battle Netherlands.
