African Expert-Import Bank (Afreximbank) on Wednesday announced that the 2025 edition of the Afreximbank Annual Meetings (AAM) will hold in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.
Scheduled to hold from June 25-28, the event will play host to global and African leaders, policymakers, business moguls, and academics, all coming together to tackle the continent’s future in the ever-changing global landscape.
Under the theme “Building the Future on Decades of Resilience,” AAM2025 promises engaging discussions, seminars, and vibrant networking opportunities.
The monumental event will see thought leaders and innovators share insights and solutions, focusing on Africa’s economic transformation and the resilient spirit that has carried the continent through decades of challenge and change.
Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a mix of high-level discourse and rich cultural experiences, marking a pivotal moment for Africa’s economic journey.
According a statement by Afreximbank on X, the week will kick off with dynamic plenaries and seminars from June 25-27, leading into the highly anticipated Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28.
Last year’s AAM was held in Nassau, The Bahamas, from June 12-15.
