A Nigerian-born defender Tosin Adarabioyo is reportedly set to undergo medical in few days ahead of his potential move to Chelsea.
Adarabioyo, according to reports, has agreed personal terms with Chelsea and will sign a long-term contract.
The 26-year-old is leaving Fulham after failing to sign a contract extension with the Whites.
Adarabioyo spent three seasons at the Craven Cottage.
Newcastle United were also in talks with the tall defender but he has opted for a move to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea will be without Thiago Silva next season and they needed to replace him adequately.
Thiago has returned to his boyhood club Fluminense after four years with Chelsea.
Adarabioyo will be expected to fill the void left by the Brazilian defender.
