Super Eagles midfielder, Joe Aribo has sent Liberia a strong warning ahead of next week’s 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier with a goal, as Rangers silenced Ross County 4-2 on Sunday evening.
The Nigerian international scored a goal and an assist to help the Gers maintain their leadership position on the Scottish Premiership table.
Following their disappointing 1-1 draw at Brondy in Thursday’s Europa League game, Steven Gerard’s men welcomed the Staggies – who cruised to a 5-0 away victory at Dundee their last time out – to the Ibrox Arena.
Aribo has now taken his tally in the league to three after 13 games and also has three assists so far this season.

Rangers went behind just five minutes into the game as Joseph Hungbo got on the score sheet.
But Ross County’s lead was cancelled out by Aribo’s header in 19 minutes before Ryan Kent, scored his first goal of the season with a 25-yard strike to put Rangers 2-1 up.
Four minutes into the second half Rangers went 3-1 ahead thanks to Juninho Bacuna who was set up by Aribo.
On the hour mark, it was goal number four for Rangers following an own-goal by Alex Lacovitti who turned in James Tavernier’s cross.
With two minutes left to play, Ross County made it 4-2 as Jordan White powered his effort past the Rangers keeper.
