Swedish International, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has kept doing great things in his professional career, after he scored a goal at over 41 years of age.
With his latest exploit, the former Manchester United player emerged as the oldest goalscorer in Serie A history on Saturday, after he scored for AC Milan against Udinese.
That was shortly after he was made to wait in a chaotic first-half, seeing his initial penalty in stoppage time saved by Marco Silvestri, but he was allowed a shot at redemption.
The veteran striker, who was recently recalled to the Sweden National team, smashed the penalty at the second attempt in first half stoppage time to make the score 1-1.
At 41 years and 166 days old, Ibrahimovic overtakes former AC Milan Defender, Alessandro Costacurta, as the oldest scorer in Italy’s top flight.
The result extended Milan’s winless streak to three matches in the Italian league.
Roberto Pereyra, Beto and Kingsley Ehizibue scored for Udinese.
Defending Champion Milan, was beaten by Fiorentina and held to a draw by Salernitana in its previous two Serie A matches while advancing to the Champions League quarterfinals with a 1-0 aggregate win over Tottenham.
The loss left Milan in fourth place and in danger of losing its grasp on the final Champions League spot, while Udinese moved up to eighth.
