Juventus defeated Serie A rivals Napoli by 2 – 0 to win the Suppercoppa Italiana this season following strikes from Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata.
Ronaldo, 35, scored his 760th career goal for club and country to become the greatest scorer of all-time having surpassed Josef Bican’s record of 759 goals.
The five-time Ballon D’or winner had eclipsed Pele a few weeks ago and equaled Josef Biscan’s record following his brace against Sassuolo to make it 759 career goals.
Ronaldo reached the 760-goal tally in 1040 appearances including the 450 goals for Real Madrid, 118 for Manchester United, 102 for Portugal, 85 for Juventus and five for Sporting Lisbon.

However, the great Pele still believes he has scored more goals than any other player, claiming he has a total of 1,283 strikes which some of them were not documented.
The Portuguese legend has expressed delight having won the 2021 edition of the Italian Super Cup title with Juventus.
The striker opened the scoring in the 64th minute after the ball found its way to him off a corner kick, with the superstar side-footing the ball into the net from close range.
Alvaro Morata then scored in stoppage-time to ensure the Old Lady win the title.

He said: “Very happy with my 4th title in Italy. We are back! This is the Juve we love, this is the team we trust and this is the spirit that will lead to the wins we want! Well done, guys!”
