Davido Adeleke Jnr, Nigerian singer popularly known as OBO, has officially become the most followed artiste (male and female) in Africa.
He achieved this feat on Friday morning after hitting 20 million followers on Instagram.
The artist immediately took to his Instagram page, Davido, to celebrate the 20M followers on Instagram by dropping his collaboration song with Zlatan, titled, “Cho Cho.”
On top of the most followed list is the Liverpool attacker Mohamed – Mo Salah who is officially the most followed celebrity or public figure in Africa, with 42 million on Instagram.
Davido comes second as the “second most followed African celebrity” with 20 million followers on Instagram.
