Mixed reactions have continued to trail President Muhammadu Buhari’s 12-minute address on #EndSARS protests.
The President’s Thursday evening address was well received by some Nigerians while others reacted differently to it stressing that much more was expected from the leader of 200 million Nigerians.

I pity you people for expecting anything from Buhari, I was busy enjoying my interview with Falz and @camanpour on CNN and I was happy how Falz exposed Buhari to CNN pls look for the interview, Falz is super smart. Buhari values cattle than human beings

All I see is a President who is disconnected from what is happening in the country. His handlers should take him round the streets to see things for himself. Probably to him, as it seems, only Abuja is Nigeria. It is sad we have a man who is not thinking properly as a President.

My opinion about the speech.
1. No mention of the shooting at Lekki toll gate.
2. No sign of seriousness about meeting the demands.
3. No empathy. He was outlining achievements, instead of proferring a solution to the present issue.
4. Commanded that the protest should stop.— Femi J Ademilua (@Phemmyjulius) October 22, 2020
May Allah Protect @MBuhari
Hoping ur President fails is the same as hoping ur country fails, and it's not patriotism. Patriotism is supporting ur Commander_in_Chief,even if u don't agree with him on everything.!@davido @iRuntown @burnaboy @ArewaTwiter @BashirAhmaad @endsars

Please, don't blame @MBuhari for the 12 minutes of nonsense, blame the script writer, afterall, his only offense is reading it.
