No fewer than 100 women have joined the EndSARS protest in Agege area of Lagos state.
The women who mostly comprise mothers were heard chanting choruses in the Yoruba which calls for an end to the killing of their children.
They also demanded that the government stops at nothing in ensuring the scrapping of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
In recent times, the activities of the tactical police unit have been of great concern to Nigerians as several members of the squad have been found guilty of using their position of authority to trample on the rights of citizens, especially the youths.
There is seemingly no end in sight to the protests which have gained international attention.
Also, Nigerians in diaspora have expressed readiness to convene similar protest at different locations in the world.
