Former Nigeria’s Super Eagles prolific striker Obafemi Martins has graduated from popular Harvard University with a certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Markets.
Martin’s who played in parts of Europe revealed this via his Instagram page.
He wrote, “Never let other’s opinion of you define you.
“You can surprise yourself with what you can accomplish.”
The information on his social media page showed video of the former Inter Milan star studying and celebrating with friends.
Obafemi is regarded as one of the most successful Nigerian players, having won titles in Italy, England and Russia while playing for Inter Milan, Newcastle United, Portsmouth and Rubin Kazan.
He won 42 caps for Nigeria and scored 18 goals, after making his debut in the Unity Cup back in 2004.
Obafemi was a part of the Super Eagles team that finished third in the 2006 AFCON and last played for Chinese club Wuhan before he retired in 2022.
