You should have also heard of a famous saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” its not far from the truth given the numerous benefits that this fruit has to offer, particularly for kids.  Apples are undoubtedly popular in every region of the world and have also ranked among the top three most grown fruits globally. Apples come in various colors and varieties and are known to be available all around the year.

Apple is a fruit which contains all those nutrients which are required by the body and should be essentially included in your and your child’s diet.
