British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua met with Nigerian businessman Femi Otedola in Monaco, France, with a prediction that Oleksandr Usyk will beat Tyson Fury in their scheduled fight.
Both heavyweight fighters are scheduled to clash on May 18 in Saudi Arabia.
They were previously supposed to face off before the bout was rescheduled due to a cut that Fury picked up in his training camp.
Fury is set to defend his WBC title, while Usyk will put his WBA, WBO, and IBF titles on the line.
Speaking to TalkSport, Joshua said, “I’ve fought Usyk so I can only speak on what I’ve experienced with him – phenomenal fighter, I would say he’s gonna do a really good job.

“I’ve never fought Fury, so I can’t speak on what it’s like to face him. Only speaking on what I know, I have to say Usyk will be victorious.”
Joshua has lost to Usyk twice on points and was heavily criticised for his performance in the first fight.
The winner of the Usyk vs. Fury fight could end up facing former champion Joshua, who has also revealed his shortlist for the next fights.
Joshua impressed in his last fight, stopping Francis Ngannou, whom Fury previously struggled against.
Ngannou entered the bout with the aura of his impressive debut against Tyson Fury back in November 2023 but Joshua proved too strong for the former UFC champion.
Talking about Joshua’s visit, Mr Otedola wrote via his Instagram page, “Look who popped by my Monaco residence this morning! The champ himself and my very own namesake @AnthonyJoshua.” he wrote.
Joshua is a close friend of Otedola’s daughter Florence aka DJ Cuppy.
