Annie Kilner, wife of Manchester City defender Kyle Walker, has reportedly reconsidered her decision to file for divorce.
According to The Sun, the change in her stance follows speculation that Walker could secure a lucrative move to a Saudi Arabian club, with potential earnings that could transform their family’s financial future.
Annie, 33, is said to have softened her position after spending a “cosy Christmas” with Walker, 34, and their children. Sources revealed that the England defender has moved back into the marital home, halting plans for a separation initially set in motion months ago.
A source told The Sun, “Annie served Kyle with divorce papers just months ago, but she’s having second thoughts. If he takes a deal in Saudi Arabia, it’ll be life-changing, not just because of the money he’ll earn.”
Walker has been linked with a potential move to Saudi clubs, including Al Nassr, where Cristiano Ronaldo plays. Reports suggest that Walker could earn £400,000 per week, with deals worth over £20 million being discussed.
While the move remains uncertain, the prospect of such financial rewards appears to have influenced Kilner’s decision to reconsider the future of their marriage.
The situation remains fluid as Walker evaluates his options, both professionally and personally.
