Headache is a health concern that troubles several people regularly and there is undeniably no way to avoid the pain as it can be triggered by any small event that you might not even consider prominent. Sleepless nights, skipping breakfast, work pressure or stressful days, all these things can cause headache and topple your life upside down.
In general, what do you do in such a situation? Pop an over-the-counter medicine, which is not that bad, unless you do it quite often. Another safe and effective way to get rid of your nasty pain is by consuming some fruits which are known to provide relief from headache.

A major cause of headache is dehydration. Watermelon contains a lot of water as It contains 92 per cent water. You can keep hydrated by getting plenty of water, both by drinking it and by eating foods that are high in water content.
