There seem to a howling tension in the camp of Manchester United as the Red Devils prepare to take on Real Sociedad in their second leg Europa League on Thursday.
The English Premier League giants will go into the tie with a 4 – 0 advantage, having secured the huge win in the first leg fixture in Turin.
With just hours to the encounter, long-term friends Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw’s competitive sides came to the fore at the tail end of a rondo session, according to Mirror UK.
The drill involves players on one team avoiding being dispossessed the ball through tackles from another team via one-touch passing.
The publication revealed it was the turn of Dan James and Shaw to make an interception, with the latter appearing to have been convinced he had collected a stray tough from Maguire.
However, Harry Maguire argued his case, sparking an altercation that saw Shaw throw the ball in frustration after a coach sided with the Manchester United skipper.
The two would make up later after the session and were pictured all smiles as they wound up training.
Meanwhile, Ole Solskjaer is expected to tweak his squad ahead of the Sociedad encounter, with the youth expected to get some minutes under their belts.
Highly-rated youngsters Amad Diallo and Shola Shoretire are among those expected to feature in this game.
