Nigerian music maestro Daniel Oyebanjo a.k.a DBanj, has been nominated by the Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM) as its ambassador.
This was announced on Tuesday via the NEXIM bank official Instagram page, in celebration of the new ambassadorship.
According to the statement, the partnership was sealed during a ceremony at its head office in Abuja on Monday.
It explained that: “To further create awareness and sensitization for the Bank’s newly launched products; the Women and Youth Export Facility(WAYEF) and the Small and Medium Enterprise Export Facility(SMEEF), NEXIM Bank secures partnership with D’banj as Brand Ambassador.
“Together, we can make an impactful difference in the industrial lives of our women and young creatives nationwide and beyond. Don’t forget who said it first.”

Confirming his ambassadorship deal, DBanj took to his Instagram page on Tuesday to share pictures from the ceremony.
He wrote: “Allow me to reintroduce myself. My Name is Banker Banga! Aka Nexim Banga.
“Yours truly secures a partnership Deal with NEXIM bank as a brand ambassador as we commence campaign for the Bank’s newly launched products; the Women and Youth Export Facility and the Small and Medium Enterprise Export Facility.
“Together, we can make an impactful difference in the industrial lives of our women and young creatives nationwide and beyond. Don’t forget who said it first.”
Owned by the Federal Government and Central Bank of Nigeria, NEXIM was established in 1991 as an export credit agency in the country.
