Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Francis Ngannou visited former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo during his trip to Nigeria. The meeting took place at Obasanjo’s office in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The Cameroonian fighter shared pictures from the visit on his Instagram page, describing it as an honour to be hosted by the “legend.”
“It was an honour meeting the legendary former Nigerian president, H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, yesterday at his home office in Abeokuta. It was great receiving some words of wisdom from the legend,” Ngannou wrote.
Ngannou, who arrived in Nigeria a few days ago after celebrating the Yuletide season in Cameroon, has been making notable appearances during his stay.
Over the weekend, he was spotted in Lagos with Grammy Award-winning artist Burna Boy and former UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.
