Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and his ally Sam Larry, have been indicted by the police in the case of the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
The former Marlian signee “Mohbad” passed away on September 12, 2023, in Lagos, and was buried in less than 48 hours.
Many fingers were pointed at the Record Label which Mohbad previously worked under, thereby tagging them as the prime suspect of the death of Mohbad.
The police had invited Naira Marley and Sam Larry and arraigned them before a Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos, on Wednesday.
The Lagos State Police Command had requested that Naira Marley and other suspects be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation into the controversial death of Mohbad.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Naira Marley and other suspects be remanded for just 21 days.
