A Nigerian international, Kelechi Iheanacho, is weighing options for a new football club in the coming season.
This is as reports from London suggests that Iheanacho turned down a contract extension with his current club Leicester City.
Leicester recently played their way back to the English Premier League after spending a season in England’s second tier championship, following relegation last season.
Several Premier League clubs have approached Iheanacho whose contract would run down at the end of the ongoing season.
The Foxes in the past days placed a new deal worth £65,000 in front of the left-footed attacker but he turned down the offer.
According to the football insider, the club has placed a new offer in front of him but he has refused to sign.
Iheanacho has been in and out of the team this season and he has scored 5 goals and one assist so far.
Another Super Eagles star, Wilfred Ndidi, plies his professional trade with Leicester City.
He’s also being chased by top clubs including Juventus across Europe.
