Alex Iwobi put up a fine performance as Everton beat Manchester United 1-0 on Saturday to boost their chances of escaping the drop. Iwobi was in action for 90 minutes in the keenly contested encounter.

In Scotland, Super Eagles midfielder, Joe Aribo was on target as Rangers defeated St. Mirren 4 -0 away from home on Sunday.
