Nigeria’s main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has zoned the office of its National Chairman to the Northern region of the country.
The party made the resolution during a meeting by its National Zoning Committee on Thursday in Abuja.
The Executive Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and Chairman of the Committee disclosed this after the meeting.
The party is however expected to hold its convention on October 30 and 31 in Abuja.
