Nigeria’s Super Eagles goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has now left Enyimba and joined a Sudanese club, Al Merrikh Omdurman.
Heritage Times HT gathered that the goalkeeper who won the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) in 2023 with Enyimba penned down a two-year deal.
The former Flying Eagles shot-stopper who joined Enyimba from Abia Warriors in 2021 is expected to join his new team at the end of the season.
The goaltender of the People’s Elephants has become one of the regular invitees in the senior national team, though he’s yet to feature in any game.
He was also part of the Super Eagles team who finished as the first runners up in the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
