Cole Palmer has emerged Men’s Player of the Year for 2024.
He was awarded by the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA).
This was disclosed by the FSA via its social media account.
It wrote, “The Chelsea star was a clear favourite with the voting public.”
Other players on the shortlist were Erling Haaland, Rodri, Bukayo Saka, Ollie Watkins and Mohamed Salah.
Responding, Palmer said, “Thank you to everyone who voted for me, it’s an honour to be the first Chelsea player to win this award.”
Earlier, Palmer was also named England’s Player of the Year, despite not starting a single game at Euro 2024.
