President of the United States, Joe Biden was sighted taking a photograph of the Director-General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, on the sidelines of the G20 summit in New Delhi, India.
Multiple sources indicate that after posing with some of her team members, President Biden took photos of Okonjo-Iweala with the US National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan.
Okonjo-Iweala, former Nigeria’s Minister of Finance did not fail to acknowledge that, a moment she described as great when she posted the pictures on her X (formerly called Twitter) page.
“At the G20 leaders Summit. Some great moments with President Joe Biden @POTUS and also with @JakeSullivan46 National Security Advisor, discussing @WTO reform especially reform of the Dispute Settlement System. President Biden surprised us by taking a photo of me, my staff and @JakeSullivan46,” Okonjo-Iweala wrote.
Okonjo-Iweala also posted the pictures she took with President Bola Tinubu on the sidelines of the summit.
The Group of 20 top global economies on Saturday formally admitted African Union (AU) into its membership.
The G20 Summit comes to a close on Sunday, September 10.
