Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have reportedly increased their interest in getting Nigerian international Victor Osimhen.
The Paris Club are also said to be gunning for Osimhen’s teammate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Already, the club have tabled a bid worth €200 million for the Napoli duo, Corriere dello Sport reports.
The Ligue 1 champions are looking to beef up their attack following Kylian Mbappe’s exit. Mbappe joins Real Madrid as a free agent and will be unveiled later this week.
The new Napoli manager, Antonio Conte, is adamant that Kvaratskhelia will be part of his squad, while Osimhen could potentially move.
Osimhen has a release clause worth €130 million in his current contract.
Kvaratskhelia’s agent has even hinted at the prospect of his client staying at Napoli and potentially extending his contract despite PSG’s interest.
The trio of Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal were said to be previously interested in capturing Osimhen but his wage bill has been a subject of deliberation.
