Chelsea went six points clear at the top of the Premier League with a commanding 3-0 win over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday
The Blues needed a win to maintain their lead at the top of the table and they did that in remarkable fashion, as first-half goals from Antonio Rudiger and Ngolo Kante put Thomas Tuchel’s men in a comfortable position.
The Blues remained utterly dominant after the break, as substitutes Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic then combined for a third against the Foxes, who did not record a single shot until the 58th minute.
Pulisic and Reece James saw late strikes ruled out for offside as Chelsea cruised to victory.
Chelsea collected a fourth successive away league win without conceding for the first time since December 2008.
Chelsea host Manchester United next Sunday after Tuesday’s Champions League home clash against Juventus. While Leicester invite Legia Warsaw to the King Power Stadium on Thursday in the Europa League before Watford visit there three days later.
