Simeon Nwankwo continued his goal-scoring form in front after he bagged a brace in Crotone’s 4-3 win at Parma, in the Serie A on Saturday.
Nwankwo scored in the 42nd minute to put Crotone 2-1 ahead before making it 4-3 from the penalty spot on 69 minutes.
He has now scored five goals in his last five games and has taken his league goals to 18 in 33 games this season.
Simy is the joint-third top scorer in the Serie A behind Cristiano Ronaldo (25 goals) and Romelu Lukaku (21 goals).
Despite the win at Parma, Crotone remain bottom in the league table with 18 points. However, it was Crotone’s first win their last seven league games
