Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nabil Ammar, has expressed his country satisfaction with the steps taken towards achieving comprehensive national reconciliation in Libya that restores security and stability in the country.
This came during his meeting with the African Union High-level Committee on Libya, according to a statement by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.
Ammar also affirmed his country’s firm position on the crisis in Libya, which calls for an intra-Libyan solution, as part of a comprehensive dialogue that includes all Libyan parties, as he said.
He also indicated that this dialogue comes on the basis of upholding the interest of Libya above all considerations and away from external interference.
