Nigeria’s music scene is about to witness a much-anticipated collaboration as rap artistes, MI Abaga and Vector have announced via a visual on Twitter that they have a new song in works titled “Crown of Clay”.
The duo, after years of rivalry ended their famous beef, took to their individual social media pages to announce the collaboration on Thursday.
According to MI, both the audio and video of the track will be released “soon”.
Similarly, in a tweet, Vector posted the artwork for the single and asked that fans turn on their post-notification for when the song will drop.
The cover art for the new single which he shared on his Twitter page shows both rappers dressed like a king and sitting on a throne with their subjects beneath their feet.

Before now, there has been no love lost between both rappers. They had been at each other’s throats.
MI had released ‘The Viper’, a beef song aimed at Vector, a move which prompted the latter to put out ‘Judas the Rat’, a diss track for the Jos-born artiste in 2019.
However, they have both decided to let bygones be bygones and this collaboration is proof of that.
