Rapper Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, popularly known as Vector, has divulged reasons he buried the hatchet and settled whatever dispute he had with his colleague, Jude Abaga, aka M.I.
Speaking on Beat FM’s ‘Drive Time Show’ with Gbemi and Segun,’ the rapper said a popular cognac distiller ‘dropped money’ for the beef to be squashed among other reasons.
According to him, “Hennessy put money on table number one. Number two, I’ve always felt like we can’t continue to live like people before us.
“I’ve always known that he is a voice. For me, I place value on people over wealth, acclaim, accolades or awards. For him, he had value to bring to the table to move the narrative forward.”
The wordsmith went on to talk about his upcoming album ‘Teslim,’ making the song ‘Early Momo‘ with songstress Good Girl LA, his conscious rap song ‘Crown of Clay,’ and other topics.
Furthermore, the rapper engaged the anchors on the recent issue of a young fan who cried because he could not get an autograph; clarifying that it was a misunderstanding and he has since paid a visit to the fan.
