British heavyweights Dillian Whyte and Joe Joyce have scheduled April 5, 2025, for their highly anticipated clash at Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena in the United Kingdom.
According to organisers, Olympian Delicious Orie will make his professional debut, while former cruiserweight world champion Lawrence Okolie is set to face Richard Riakporhe, who is also moving up to the heavyweight division.
The event will mark the first Queensberry Promotions card to be streamed on DAZN under a new multi-year deal. Fighters from the three upcoming events will gather for a news conference at the Co-op Live Arena later on Monday, alongside Queensberry Promotions boss Frank Warren.
Additionally, Belfast super-featherweight Anthony Cacace is set to battle former world champion Leigh Wood at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena on May 10, 2025.
Later in May, former undisputed light-welterweight champion Josh Taylor will move up to welterweight to challenge WBO European titleholder Ekow Essuman in Glasgow.
Scotsman Taylor has joined Frank Warren’s stable for his first fight since losing a rematch to Jack Catterall in May 2024.
